NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory

I served on the leadership team of NASA’s $5.2B Europa Clipper mission, orchestrating complex international collaboration, managing critical project logistics, and aligning scientific and operational priorities. Europa Clipper is a flagship deep-space mission focused on exploring Jupiter’s moon Europa and evaluating its potential to support life. My work contributed to establishing a scalable framework for cross-disciplinary teamwork, driving clarity and alignment across scientific, engineering, and planning functions. The mission’s success is setting the foundation for future deep-space exploration and astrobiology initiatives.

As a key member of the Project Management team, I led efforts to coordinate high-impact events, strengthen stakeholder alignment, and maintain seamless operations across 200+ global collaborators. I facilitated executive reviews, produced international science conferences, and supported classified sessions with NASA leadership—ensuring technical readiness, schedule integrity, and a consistent standard of excellence. When the COVID-19 transition struck, I spearheaded continuity efforts, maintaining engagement and operational flow in a fully remote environment. My strategic planning and clear communication sustained project momentum and team cohesion under unprecedented pressure.
